Prices & Terms

All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at price in effect at time of shipment.
  2. F.O.B. Fairburn, GA.
  3. Open terms are net 30 days. Interest of 1.5% per month added to past due accounts.
  4. Minimum order net billing is $50.00.
  5. We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, and MASTER CARD.

Special Sizes, Products, & Variations

Special sizes and products will be quoted on request. Contact Estex MFG Company with specific details for quotations on your custom constructions and product variations.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Estex products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Estex’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing at its factory any part or parts which shall, within 30 days after delivery of such equipment of the original purchaser, be returned to it and which its examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been defective; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on its part. It is expressly agreed that there are no warranties, expressed or implied, made hereunder, except the warranty against defective materials and workmanship set forth above.

Returning Merchandise

  1. No merchandise is to be returned without prior approval from ESTEX MANUFACTURING CO., INC. with return authorization number
  2. Returns limited to within 30 days of purchase.
  3. Non-stock items cannot be returned.
  4. Freight charges are responsibility of purchaser unless error by manufacturer.

Restocking Fees

Credit will be granted only for current purchases of standing catalog listed products received in resaleable condition, transporation prepaid.
