2190 series tool bags are made from heavy vinyl coated nylon which is water resistant and also very resistant to abrasion. There is a second layer of vinyl around the bottom of the bag for extra protection. The bag has a hard wood bottom with six brass studs to protect the bottom surface from abrasion. The 2" web handles wrap completely around the bag. There is a weather flap that covers the top of the bag to keep water out. Box "X" stitches onthe handles prevent tearing.
